A person near and dear to all the Gormogons was involved in this awesome piece of law-enforcement ass-kickery today. We salute our beloved homey and all the colleagues who put themselves in harm’s way to lock up some seriously bad guys. That this all came off without the least bit of bloodshed is a humongous tribute to the professionalism, sangfroid, and restraint these guys bring to the job, and it can’t be mentioned enough. (Not that the media bends over backwards to praise law enforcement much these days.)
