Having the terrorists tried in the US as American citizens is going to backfire badly.
The question remains whether it will merely backfire politically for the Obama administration, or whether actual American lives will be extinguished in the long run.
The Czar realizes, upon reflection, no Democratic president has ever had a decently competent attorney general, or even one who did more harm than good. And yes, he is aware that RFK was JFK’s AG.

He now spends his time seething about this and writing about other stuff that bothers him.
