Gun Bans Do Not Work
The Czar wishes not to be an insensitive ass, but he is alas just as God made him.
So, Mayor Daley… with your comprehensive handgun ban in the City of Chicago, how did your close friend and Chicago resident Michael Scott get the handgun he used to end his own life?
We know you live in an obsessed state of denial about handguns—to the point of it being pathological—but you have to concede your gun ban is the laughing stock of law enforcement.
