Well it was bad enough when corporations decided to ship manufacturing jobs overseas to take advantage of lower labor rates and benefit from lax environmental standards, but now according to this report from ABC news, we the tax payers get to fund these efforts.

Well at least the President has kept his promise to create new jobs from the stimulus package, and to be honest, I’m not sure he ever said where those jobs would be created.

And by the way, where is the UAW? I realize that they own part of the company and want to make a profit, but it strikes me as odd that they would not object to the company supporting non-UAW workers in another country. Could it be that the individuals running the UAW are only concerned about themselves and lining the coffers of the UAW treasury? I mean really, I find it hard to believe that UAW management would screw over the rank-and-file members.
