Brilliant Tutorial on AGW’s Arguments
At the Castle yesterday, a few of us agreed that Borepatch has been doing the best job out there of anyone in explaining the global warming bombshell in very easy-to-understand terms. The Czar is a big fan of the way Borepatch has been covering the argument for some time, and wishes one of the big blogs (Jonah reads us; he should check out Borepatch) would cover his excellent work. One of us proposed that the Czar and Borepatch should be picking out china patterns together. One of us is going to find out what an upper decker is. It aint pleasant.
Anyway, the Czar was thinking it might be nice for Borepatch to write out a neat, tidy, laypersons guide to the whole AGW argument, and analyze their arguments with substantive logic rather than politicky denial.
And he did exactly that. Click the link to see a very simple, step-by-step analysis of AGW. If you know people who just arent hearing the right arguments, or know people who still insist AGW is settled science, or know anyone who just wants to understand this better, this link is invaluable.
Божію Поспѣшествующею Милостію Мы, Дима Грозный Императоръ и Самодержецъ Всероссiйскiй, цѣсарь Московскiй. The Czar was born in the steppes of Russia in 1267, and was cheated out of total control of all Russia upon the death of Boris Mikhailovich, who replaced Alexander Yaroslav Nevsky in 1263. However, in 1283, our Czar was passed over due to a clerical error and the rule of all Russia went to his second cousin Daniil (Даниил Александрович), whom Czar still resents. As a half-hearted apology, the Czar was awarded control over Muscovy, inconveniently located 5,000 miles away just outside Chicago. He now spends his time seething about this and writing about other stuff that bothers him.
