Michael Steele, great guy
Michael Steele (whom the Volgi once met and liked very much) has not done a stellar job at the RNC so far. The Volgi’s theory is that he’s a natural politician, not a party functionary, and the GOP basically gave him the job as a way to keep him in the spotlight and moving up given the brutally awful prospects for Republicans—even charismatic black ones—in the Free State. He’s gotten better on the job, and we wish him every success. But here’s the kind of high-wattage charisma that shows why he’s a very attractive politician, whatever his shortcomings as a party official.
Quoth Flava Last at Galley Slaves:
Michael Steele = Tony Stark? “I don’t want to see this on your MySpace page. Please, no gang signs. No, throw it up—I’m kidding.“
Don’t ask impertinent questions like that jackass Adept Lu.
