CHICAGO (CBS) – Even though it was snowing, it was apparently not too cold for one man who was arrested after people saw him running around wearing nothing but socks and carrying a crack pipe Saturday morning in the East Lakeview neighborhood.

At 11 a.m. police responded to a call of disturbance involving a male running around naked with a crack pipe in his hand in the 2900 block of North Broadway, near Surf Street, according to Town Hall District police Lt. Robert Stasch.

A Tcho-Tcho has been dispatched with bail money.
