President Bill Clinton, no darling to American conservatives, shows how far away he is from President Obama when he declares that Obama’s drilling moratorium, when the economy is this fragile and gas prices are leaping upward, is “ridiculous.”
He also added that the current anti-oil sentiment in Washington is “dangerous.” On the nature of green jobs, Clinton added “we have to be prosperous in order to afford those technologies and, in order to be prosperous, we need to drill.”
Yeah, that Bill Clinton. Was it really 10 years ago? What kind of weird dream is this?
