Two Quick Reminders
Reminder the First: Remember to follow us on Twitter. LOTS of good stuff there (at least, as far as what that means in the Twitter world). Apparently we have fans there who quite possibly never come to this site to read what’s here. Can you imagine?
Reminder the Second: See that book there, on the left-hand margin (or for those of you using the Quasar V browser, the one hovering under the inner circle)? That will take you to our personal libraries, where you can see the books we are reading now, and which ones we read that we thought you might enjoy, too. No, it costs nothing and you do not sign up for a thing! So feel free to jump in there and see what lurks. Unlike entire floors of the Castle, you are quite safe to wander there.
Божію Поспѣшествующею Милостію Мы, Дима Грозный Императоръ и Самодержецъ Всероссiйскiй, цѣсарь Московскiй. The Czar was born in the steppes of Russia in 1267, and was cheated out of total control of all Russia upon the death of Boris Mikhailovich, who replaced Alexander Yaroslav Nevsky in 1263. However, in 1283, our Czar was passed over due to a clerical error and the rule of all Russia went to his second cousin Daniil (Даниил Александрович), whom Czar still resents. As a half-hearted apology, the Czar was awarded control over Muscovy, inconveniently located 5,000 miles away just outside Chicago. He now spends his time seething about this and writing about other stuff that bothers him.
