Even though Rick Santorum’s inner circle is now admitting they don’t have a real hope of winning the nomination outright, how interesting that already Rick Santorum is up by one point over Barack Obama. And that’s with this rebounding economy the MSM keeps telling the Czar about.

Perhaps it is because the Go-go Teens* are marked by painfully high unemployment, a thudded housing market, and nauseating gas prices.

Whatever, because now Romney is up even higher over Obama (past the margin of error). And that’s with the race still undecided for most voters. Imagine when it becomes clear that Romney will be a competitor.

So you might ask, what the heck is keeping Rick Santorum in the race? Or Newt Gingrich? You might think that odd, but they really aren’t doing it for you. They are doing it to sharpen up Mitt Romney. By now, all the worst is out about Romney. And every time Santorum wins a state, it makes Romney’s folks twinge and go harder right. The Czar assures you—you are getting a better candidate because of it.

The Czar of Muscovy

The Czar was born in the steppes of Russia in 1267, and was cheated out of total control of all Russia upon the death of Boris Mikhailovich, who replaced Alexander Yaroslav Nevsky in 1263. However, in 1283, our Czar was passed over due to a clerical error and the rule of all Russia went to his second cousin Daniil (Даниил Александрович), whom Czar still resents. As a half-hearted apology, the Czar was awarded control over Muscovy, inconveniently located 5,000 miles away just outside Chicago. He now spends his time seething about this and writing about other stuff that bothers him.
