The average temperature on Earth may be changing up or down. We honestly don’t know.

Some folks say it is going up a degree, and therefore floods and famine may occur. That’s actually possible.

Other folks say it is going down, and that unpredictable weather may be the result.

Still others say this is all hogwash, and that temperatures go up and down all the time. Therefore, there is nothing to worry about. This is also quite possible.

But what really annoys a lot of Americans is ths persistent “If A → Z” mentality about the weather. Okay, so maybe temperatures are changing. All of a sudden, taxpayers are being gouged on green energy initiatives, carbon dioxide credits, alternative energy sources in Africa, and more.

The average American asks, “Wait a second, why am I paying for all of this?” The uncommon American asks where the evidence is. Sure, we get all sorts of hockey stick graphs and charts and data, but nothing seems to explain why we need to dump all this money into alternative energies.

Again, the President is in Africa promising that Americans are going to foot the bill for African energy sources. Interesting, because Americans are not responsible for African energy demand, nor are we even the largest producers of the pollution alleged to cause climate change. It just seems as if we’re the ones with the most money, and well, you do the math.

Screw you, Mr. President, and we mean that with all due respect. If Africans need more power, they can buy it. If they lack the money, they should reform their stagnant and blatantly corrupt goverments so that the money can be accrued. If American businesses see profit potential and elect to invest their stockholder’s money in Africa, then by all means get out of the way. But the Czar sees no reason that his tax dollars should go to any country that expects tourists to bribe guards in order to get their luggage back.

Mr. President, it is time to stop living in this Star Trek paradise of yours, and begin living in the real world. You continue to be an embarassment to yourself, your country, and the rest of the world. Yes, Africa needs to modernize; but they need to do it themselves. And dumping American dollars into Africa will be even less effective than your efforts to dump dollars into American inner cities.

Grow up. This country has had enough.

The Czar of Muscovy

The Czar was born in the steppes of Russia in 1267, and was cheated out of total control of all Russia upon the death of Boris Mikhailovich, who replaced Alexander Yaroslav Nevsky in 1263. However, in 1283, our Czar was passed over due to a clerical error and the rule of all Russia went to his second cousin Daniil (Даниил Александрович), whom Czar still resents. As a half-hearted apology, the Czar was awarded control over Muscovy, inconveniently located 5,000 miles away just outside Chicago. He now spends his time seething about this and writing about other stuff that bothers him.
