Forever 21 (hours per week)
Forever Uninsured… |
Even more Obamacare chickens came home to roost today!
Forever 21, a young women’s clothing store dear to the hearts of legions of millennials and Gen-Xers-in-denial is moving non-management workers to 29.5 hours/week. Why is this? Probably because Obamacare is making employer based health insurance too expensive, and employers must provide it or be fined if they have more than 49 employees. Part-time employees who work less than 30 hours per week are on their own.
While there will be some corporate slut shaming of Forever 21, these sorts of moves are a consequence of the albatross that is Obamacare and the non-healthcare efforts President Obama’s administration has resulted in the weakest economic recovery evah! You know, things like tax increases, EPA regulations, healthcare sector regulations, energy sector regulations, etc., etc., etc…
Of course they’ll say it has nothing to do with Obamacare and it’s an amazing coincidence, but you know better.
After all, 29.5 hours is not 30 hours…
