She’s a Reagan OR Cavalier Genealogy
Gentle Readers,
Lady J.’s breeder was doing genealogy work on his dogs and bitches. So Dr. J. asked, “President Reagan had a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, is Lady J. related?
The breeder, deciding to kill another hour when he should be working at his real job dug and dug and got an affirmative.
He wrote back that President Reagan’s Cavalier, Rex (a.k.a. Martlet-Or Worcester) was the grandson of a dog named Kindrum Ludo. Kindrum Ludo is Lady J’s Great-Great-Great-Great-Great-Great-Grandfather through her father.
This makes them something like seventh cousins!
