Kevin Jennings, Obama’s “Safe Schools Czar” is one such nut job. ‘Puter does not use such language lightly. But how else can one explain a man who supported handing out to teenagers ‘how to troll public parks for anonymous buggery while keeping dung off Mr. Winkie’<\/a> literature?
