A special Gormogonical welcome to <span style=\"font-weight:bold;\">Michael Bird<\/span> of Yorba Linda, California, and the <span style=\"font-weight:bold;\">Walker Across Worlds<\/span>, from B.C. (though, frankly, the northern locale and the sobriquet makes me suspect it&#8217;s really <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ithaqua\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Ithaqua<\/a>, the Walker in the Wastes.
